Zip is hiring a founding Product Manager for its Self-Serve team to build AI-powered onboarding, configuration, adoption, and expansion systems for enterprise procurement customers. The role owns sandbox environments, configuration versioning and promotion, product adoption tooling, contextual guidance, and scalable onboarding and rollout automation, while partnering with engineering, design, customer success, documentation, and consulting teams. The position is based in Toronto on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office, with five flexible remote days per quarter, and offers a CAD 178,000–220,500 salary plus equity and benefits.
