Description
Splash Financial is hiring a Product Manager to own the borrower servicing experience, including discovery and delivery of borrower-facing features, partner onboarding, servicing-platform configuration, delinquency-reduction initiatives, and payment-behavior improvements. The role partners with engineering, design, business stakeholders, lender implementation teams, and third-party platforms, uses data and AI tools, and requires 2–5 years of product management experience. The position is primarily remote, with the collections team working in person at the Arizona location, and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 annually plus potential bonus and benefits.
