Description
Plasmidsaurus is hiring a Product Manager to own the user experience and growth of the non-biology aspects of its web application. The role involves gathering customer feedback, translating it into engineering roadmaps, improving onboarding, collaboration, payments, order and logistics tracking, account settings, emails, internationalization, workspaces, and sharing, and using analytics and experiments to improve customer workflows. The position requires a track record of shipping B2B products, strong product judgment and UX sense, the ability to work hands-on with analytics, user research, prototyping, and engineering, and willingness to learn technical domains; a science background is not required. The work is based at the company’s tower office in South San Francisco.
