Product Manager - Underwriting Operations at Ledgebrook

Ledgebrook is hiring a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of its Underwriting Operations application, leading strategy, roadmap planning, agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, metrics, QA readiness, and internal adoption. The role requires at least five years of product management experience, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, technical familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and system reliability, and experience managing complex cross-functional projects. The position is fully remote, with compensation of 23,350–27,000 gross PLN per month for contract-of-employment or UoP arrangements, plus equity and benefits.
