MANSCAPED is hiring a Product Development Manager for a 4–6-month contract covering a maternity leave. The role supports the Director, Product Management for Wet Goods and owns new formulation product lines, coordinating formula development, claims testing, packaging, technical transfer, production readiness, costing, business cases, launch calendars, and cross-functional delivery. The position requires at least 8 years of executional product development and category ownership experience, expertise in the personal grooming product development lifecycle, formula development skills, and experience supporting successful product launches.
