Description
The role manages Material Review Board (MRB) activities for Power and Discrete products from the APMS group, leading committees that review non-conforming materials and supporting manufacturing operations, quality, yield, cycle time, on-time delivery, and cost. Responsibilities include electrical data analysis, reporting MRB KPIs, coordinating with back-end engineering teams, and improving processes for products such as SiC, IGBT, Power MOS, diodes, power packages, and modules. The position requires an engineering or master's degree in electronic technology or a similar field, at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing, testing development, or quality experience, knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows and products, familiarity with quality tools, and fluency in English.
