Allocore is hiring Product Operations Analysts at multiple experience levels, from early-career analysts to Lead Product Operations Analysts. The role supports government loan, grant, and fraud-prevention programs by executing operational processes, handling support and triage, documenting issues, coordinating resolutions, escalating exceptions, and improving workflows and service quality. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and program teams, analyzing operational data, performing root-cause analysis, and translating frontline evidence into durable process improvements. The position is hybrid in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, with at least three office days per week, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
