Description
This job involves playing a crucial role in enabling product operations for the Product Management team at Highmark Health. The individual will contribute to product portfolio operations across the entire Product Management Lifecycle, encompassing digital, voice/telephonic, in-person, and self-service products. They will build, maintain, and support the operating model infrastructure relied upon by product, design, and research teams. The role requires applying strong knowledge of product operations enablement practices to develop resources, administer tooling, coordinate governance, and monitor operating model adoption.
