HappyRobot is hiring a Product Operations Engineer to serve as the operational backbone of its product organization, working directly with the CTO and Head of Product. The role connects Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations; supports new-feature deployments, technical enablement, pricing, metrics, and data-labeling operations for voice, reasoning, and coding agents. It requires 3+ years of experience in a technical or operations-heavy role, strong analytical and technical aptitude, and experience interfacing between Engineering and Commercial or Field teams.
