Description
The Product Operations Engineer will design, implement, test, administer, and troubleshoot software solutions for K-12 learning systems, including Canvas, student information systems, third-party integrations, RESTful web services, AWS environments, and data mappings. The role supports production issues, deployments, maintenance, documentation, training, and coordination with schools, vendors, developers, and operational teams. Applicants in California, Colorado, and New York are ineligible. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least three years of NodeJS and JavaScript experience, strong systems and integration experience, SQL and Unix/Linux proficiency, and the ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks. The annual starting salary is $95,000–$105,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
