Description
The Burn-in Engineer will own daily burn-in operations, develop and optimize burn-in recipes, support Asia OSAT partners, analyze mass-production yield, resolve yield-loss root causes, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing or backend-process experience, data-analysis and problem-solving skills, and strong English communication. Preferred qualifications include burn-in or reliability experience, OSAT subcontractor management, statistical process control, yield analysis, quality tools, and familiarity with burn-in hardware.
