Description
Eon is seeking a Product Operations leader to help its Product team operate at scale. This role involves being the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Clinical, Customer Success, and Commercial teams, ensuring roadmaps are executed smoothly, releases are well organized, and teams have the processes, data, and tools needed to build great products. The leader will own product delivery's 'how': information flow, decision documentation, release communication, and impact measurement. The role is ideal for someone who loves structure, is highly organized, and enjoys building systems that help teams move faster and communicate more effectively, playing a key role in the execution engine behind Eon’s Intelligent Care Platform.
