Justworks is hiring a Product Operations Manager to build and scale the internal systems, workflows, tooling, knowledge infrastructure, and AI-powered processes that support its Product organization. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to improve planning, execution, reporting, hiring, onboarding, and product leadership decision-making, while also driving adoption and upskilling. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong AI and data fluency, systems thinking, and clear cross-functional communication. The position is based in the New York City office and is hybrid, with a targeted base salary of $131,000 to $169,000 per year.
