Glimpse is hiring a Product Operations Manager to own recovery tracking and outcomes for its AI platform serving consumer packaged goods brands. The role monitors deduction-to-recovery pipelines, analyzes recovery and dispute data, builds dashboards and narratives, translates operational gaps into product requirements, standardizes recovery workflows, and partners with enterprise customers, product, engineering, and leadership. Candidates need at least four years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, strategy or consulting, analytics, program management, or a comparable data-heavy operational role, along with SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills.
