Krak is hiring a Product Operations Manager to coordinate compliance, risk, third-party vendor, management-information, and market-intelligence activities across its consumer card and payments product. The role manages open compliance and legal items, regulatory triage, fraud and risk controls, vendor performance, feature metrics, incident response, and strategic market intelligence, while working with compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement, engineering, and external vendors. Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience in product operations, strategy, or programme management within consumer fintech, payments, or banking, along with regulatory, fraud, risk, and stakeholder-management expertise.
