Moab is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their team. This role involves increasing leverage across the engineering team by providing clarity, evidence, and context for decision-making. The manager will work closely with engineers, customers, and the business operations team throughout the product lifecycle, reporting directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, analyzing data, translating insights into problem statements, partnering with engineers, prioritizing product work, supporting rollouts, owning product documentation, improving customer support, and collecting post-launch feedback.
