Scan.com is hiring a Product Operations Manager to build the rituals, documentation, reporting, and launch infrastructure that enable its product organization. The role partners with product management, engineering, design, operations, data, legal, and clinical stakeholders to coordinate feature rollouts, maintain knowledge bases for AI workflows, monitor post-release analytics, support OKR planning, and improve cross-functional sign-off and communication.
