Compass is hiring a Product Owner for its Clipboard team to work on Clipboard EMS and Clipboard Compete, turning roadmap priorities into shipped products and helping grow adoption across schools. The role sits between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering, with responsibility for delivery, reporting progress, making product and design decisions, and using AI tooling to accelerate discovery and delivery. The position is based in North Sydney with hybrid working, and requires 1-3 years of product experience in SaaS or comparable experience in design or engineering.
