Epos Now is hiring a full-time Product Owner – AI & Intelligence to define and ship AI services for its platform. The role owns the AI vision and roadmap, translates ambiguous opportunities into probabilistic product requirements, validates ideas with design and research, gathers merchant feedback, and establishes evaluation, testing, privacy, and responsible-AI practices. Candidates need at least three years of B2B SaaS product experience, hands-on experience delivering an AI/ML feature to production, AI fluency, SQL or analytics self-service ability, and strong communication skills; experience with payments, POS, commerce, agentic workflows, LLMOps, or international scaling is preferred.
