The Product Owner maximizes product value by defining a clear product vision, managing the Product Backlog, and prioritizing work based on business goals. This role acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring the product meets user/customer needs and drives optimal value. Responsibilities include ensuring product alignment with business goals, communicating product vision, creating user stories, participating in Agile events, managing the Product Backlog, acting as the voice of the customer, accepting work completion, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring product performance, iterating based on feedback, and mitigating risks.
