Description
The People Technology Manager will lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the British Council’s HR technology ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Intelligence platforms, and connected systems. The role owns the People Technology roadmap, process transformation, system performance, data integrity, change initiatives, compliance, and stakeholder relationships, while collaborating with People, Digital & Technology, external partners, and vendors. It requires strong HR and HRIS expertise, system integration and data management skills, knowledge of data privacy and security, and at least five years of SAP SuccessFactors and process improvement experience. The position is based in India, with Delhi/NCR preferred, on an indefinite contract, and offers hybrid working subject to approval.
