Description
Compass is hiring a Product Owner for its Clipboard team in North Sydney, Australia. The role owns end-to-end delivery of roadmap priorities across Clipboard EMS and Clipboard Compete, working closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineers, and the Clipboard Product Manager. Responsibilities include translating priorities into iterative shipped products, reporting delivery progress, supporting system integrations, validating customer needs, making design decisions, managing product risks, using AI tooling in discovery and delivery, and contributing to customer growth. Candidates should have 2–3 years of SaaS product experience or equivalent design/engineering experience, strong communication and ownership, comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced work, design understanding, and fluency with AI tooling. The position offers hybrid work from the North Sydney office and requires Australian work rights plus background and Working With Children checks.
