IOL is hiring a Product Owner for its IOL Privé investment-platform team. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple investment products, manages and prioritizes the backlog, translates business needs into technical and functional requirements, participates in user acceptance testing, monitors fintech trends, defines OKRs and KPIs, analyzes product performance, and coordinates between business and IT. Candidates need at least four to five years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience, Agile and Jira proficiency, AI-tool adoption, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with B2C/B2B projects in financial or fintech sectors. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement at IOL’s Palermo offices in CABA, along with health insurance and other benefits.
