Lucidya is hiring a Product Owner to sit at the center of product delivery for its AI-native customer experience intelligence platform. The role is responsible for transforming customer feedback, business requests, product strategy, and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and requirements; keeping the backlog ready for development; coordinating across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams; reducing delivery friction; and supporting successful launches with release notes and documentation.
