Lumera is hiring a Product Owner Development to connect business, technology, and teams and deliver maximum value within development teams. The role owns product vision and prioritization, manages the backlog and delivery, translates business needs into user stories, supports Agile/Scrum processes, and coordinates with Development, Operations, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders. It requires an HBO or WO background, several years of experience in a product, business analysis, Scrum Master, solution design, or similar role, software-development or complex IT experience, Agile/Scrum experience, stakeholder-management experience, and strong Dutch and English skills. The position offers a gross annual salary of €80,000–€95,000 and hybrid work.
