The role leads technology and process transformation across the collections and recovery lifecycle, owning product vision, backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery of enterprise platform capabilities. The position emphasizes Agile product ownership, process mapping, analytics, automation, AI-assisted product development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
