PNC is seeking a Product Owner II to lead the transformation of Commercial Lending technology within their Corporate & Institutional Banking organization. The role involves driving the evolution of a next-generation Commercial Loan platform, focusing on streamlining lending processes, improving user experiences, increasing efficiency, and scaling for growth. The Product Owner II will maximize value by clearly communicating product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, partnering with stakeholders, developing requirements, leading backlog refinement, and ensuring agile delivery.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience serving as a Product Owner or similar Agile product role
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog
Experience writing clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to make data driven decisions related to scope, priority, and value
Experience working with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity translating AI or advanced technology concepts into practical, business ready product
Experience within financial services, banking, or corporate/institutional environments
Experience measuring and optimizing product outcomes and value
Familiarity with roadmap planning and long term product strategy
