Description
CloudLinux is hiring a Product Owner to lead a small, fully remote squad building and operating an email security product line. The role is hands-on, combining roughly 60% leadership and delivery with 40% engineering, including architecture, code review, production debugging, incident command, reliability, and coaching engineers. The Product Owner will own the release train, technical roadmap, quality gates, distributed team performance, hiring, and AI-assisted engineering practices, while learning the email domain. Required qualifications include 5+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years leading engineers in a product company, strong Linux and production-backend experience, distributed-systems leadership, observability, ML-systems knowledge, and availability to work EU hours.
