BAE Systems is hiring a Product Owner-Innovation for Edgewing in the Reading area, with a hybrid working policy and possible assignment to a BAE Systems Air site, preferably Frimley. The role leads innovation within the data engineering domain by defining future-state data architecture, enabling integration across engineering tools and ERP environments, and building data governance and data transfer capabilities. The Product Owner will own the innovation backlog, translate architecture and integration needs into product requirements, align data engineering and business stakeholders, and use data-driven decision-making to shape the roadmap. The posting requires prior experience in Defence or another highly regulated industry, a confirmed technical leadership background, and familiarity with the full data and analytics technology stack across cloud, private cloud, and data warehousing.
