enGen is hiring a Lead Product Owner to drive the scope, vision, and backlog across four Agile Scrum teams focused on data processing platform development and enterprise data migration. The role owns reusable data pipelines, data curation, interoperability requirements, and downstream use-case enablement while collaborating with business stakeholders, clinical partners, data engineers, and architects. It requires deep Databricks and Google Cloud Platform expertise, scaled Agile Scrum experience, healthcare data and payer-program knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
