OneAmerica Financial is hiring a Product Owner, Manager (Salesforce CRM) to manage a single product or feature set, prioritize the backlog, translate customer and stakeholder needs into user stories and epics, coordinate with technical and business teams, and ensure delivery aligns with requirements and product outcomes. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of experience in a product or product-management role focused on cloud-based CRM software, hands-on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience, and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The position is hybrid in Indianapolis, Indiana, with occasional physical returns to the office in California, Indiana, or Maine.
