Lely is hiring a Product Owner for its Product Development team to work within a software development team and manage product development for dairy-farming robots and data systems. The role involves identifying field needs, defining the Product Backlog, organizing work, aligning stakeholders, and creating a Product Vision. It requires three years of Scrum Product Owner experience, an empirical and entrepreneurial mindset, strong planning and organizational skills, and experience or affinity with robotics, embedded software, and the agricultural sector. The position is based at Lely Campus in Maassluis, Netherlands, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days per week on campus, and offers a gross monthly salary of €5,015–€7,163.
