The Product Performance Technician executes and documents product performance testing under representative use conditions, applying established test methods and recording qualitative and quantitative data. The role supports product development, optimization, claims substantiation, competitive assessment, and business decisions through collaboration with R&D, regulatory, marketing, quality, external laboratories, suppliers, and technical partners. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, laboratory testing knowledge, and 0–2+ years of relevant experience in a regulated industry; entry-level candidates are considered. The position is based in an office and laboratory environment, requires occasional lifting under 25 pounds, prolonged standing, and PPE use, and offers a $48,000–$58,000 salary range with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
