Continental is hiring a Product Platform Development Engineer to develop and maintain a customer-focused product platform for one Product Group in the ContiTech sector. The role covers Bill of Materials and material/specification consolidation, strategic product portfolio development, alignment with regional product and development teams, global and local project coordination, and leadership of design, gate, material, CAD, FEA, prototype, testing, production, and profitability activities. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree, product development and project management experience, material and production knowledge, international customer relations, and strong communication skills.
