Innomotics is hiring a full-time Product Portfolio Manager focused on high-power electrical drives in Erlangen. The role owns the strategic composition, investment planning, R&D management, budgeting, market analysis, portfolio rebalancing, and reporting for high-power drive technologies across applications such as STATCOM, grid-to-grid, and ship-to-shore systems. Candidates need a university degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a related combination, several years of experience with a technology provider, system integrator, or consultancy, and fluency in English and German.
