Description
Whitbread is hiring a full-time, permanent Product Lead for its Data & Analytics team at Whitbread Court, Dunstable. The role supports the development and operation of data products, defines data strategies and roadmaps, improves data quality and reporting, and collaborates with Data Science, Engineering, and BI teams using tools such as Power BI and Databricks. The Product Lead will also provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers and developers. Required capabilities include project and programme management, stakeholder management, business case development, agile backlog management, and translating complex concepts into data-driven recommendations. The salary is £55,000–£60,000 depending on experience, with BUPA healthcare, a matched pension, and other benefits.
