Lume and Mando are hiring a Product Program Manager to lead cross-functional workstreams and teams through product development and launch, with a focus on commercial and bundle initiatives. The role manages timelines, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and process improvements across product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required; no technical background is needed. The position is based in Mammoth Brands’ SoHo office, with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage plus a base salary of $90,800-$113,500.
