Slingshot AI is hiring a Product Psychologist to join its machine learning team and define measurable quality standards for Ash, an AI mental-health support product. The role partners with clinical, safety, and machine learning teams to establish conversation behaviors, constraints, and evaluation benchmarks; recruits, scales, and coaches a distributed team of human reviewers; and makes evidence-based decisions about how the AI should behave. The position requires a clinical psychology or counseling psychology PhD or a license-eligible master's degree with clinical training and supervision, plus experience scaling health products, interpersonal facilitation, measurement, and collaboration with machine learning teams.
