Rowe Casa Organics is hiring a full-time Product Quality Specialist for its Quality Control Team at the manufacturing facility in New Boston, Texas. The role follows production schedules, performs quality checks and raw-material inspections, approves or rejects products and materials, prepares samples for third-party testing, supports production staff with recipes and procedures, and helps train and cross-train employees. The position requires a rotating schedule of four 10-hour days, strong organization, attention to detail, communication, training, multitasking, and arithmetic skills, with compensation based on experience.
