Description
Smartsheet is hiring a Product Readiness Manager to support go-to-market teams as a product subject matter expert during the launch of new products and features. The role leads cross-functional readiness initiatives, launch workstreams, GTM and readiness strategies, documentation, training materials, readiness programs, process improvements, and AI-powered workflows. It requires at least three years of experience managing process, people, and technology changes, along with experience presenting to executives, analyzing complex problems, managing risk, and developing AI-powered solutions. The position is remote from Bulgaria and reports to a Senior leader in Product Readiness.
