Description
The Release Manager will coordinate the controlled delivery of vendor-led product releases, patches, and technology changes across Dayforce and other supported services. The role owns release schedules, dependencies, testing, approvals, deployment readiness, rollback strategies, change-control governance, defect resolution, stakeholder communications, and post-release analysis. It requires experience with technology releases, multi-environment releases, multi-regional HR and payroll solutions, ITIL change management, and major incident management. The position is full time and permanent, based at Whitbread Court, Dunstable, with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week.
