Description
eShepherd is hiring a Product Reliability Engineer to investigate product reliability and performance issues across its globally deployed IoT platform. The role translates warranty data, field insights, and customer feedback into root-cause investigations and permanent product improvements, partnering with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional technical support teams. The engineer will also build reliability reporting, support complex investigations, champion continuous improvement, and occasionally travel to support field work. The position requires an engineering qualification or equivalent technical capability, experience with hardware, electronics, IoT or connected products, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and collaboration across technical and customer teams.
