PointOne is hiring a Product Reliability Engineer to own the health, stability, and observability of its software systems. The role combines reactive incident response with proactive reliability engineering, including diagnosing production incidents, improving AWS serverless observability, reducing operational toil, and contributing to resilient code. Candidates should have at least two years of software engineering experience, distributed-systems debugging skills, AWS experience, and familiarity with Go, TypeScript, or similar backend languages.
