Description
Silfab Solar is hiring an R&D Reliability Engineer to lead research and development activities focused on the reliability and durability of solar panel products. The role involves designing and executing reliability experiments, analyzing test data, developing test plans, conducting root-cause failure analysis, managing reliability testing equipment, supporting new product introduction and engineering change management, and establishing standardized testing and ISO 17025 processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 2–6 years of R&D or product engineering experience, preferably in renewable energy or solar.
