Description
Lam Research is hiring a Product Safety Engineer to independently drive product safety activities for semiconductor capital equipment. The role covers system-level hazard analysis, risk assessments, regulatory and certification compliance, cross-functional design-risk resolution, maintenance and service procedures, and support for customer confidence. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, approximately 3–7 years of experience with safety standards and hazard analysis in semiconductor capital equipment or similar complex systems, and the ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, field, and third-party certification teams. The position offers hybrid work arrangements, including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.
