DS Smith is hiring a Product Safety Laboratory Manager to lead a new onsite laboratory in Valencia, Spain. The role combines analytical chemistry testing for R&D and innovation projects with laboratory management, including team leadership, budget and resource control, method and equipment improvement, regulatory compliance, quality and safety standards, and scientific reporting. The manager will also serve as the technical contact for customers, presenting results and recommendations, and may travel occasionally within the United Kingdom and Europe.
