Description
Hato Hone St John is hiring a Product Specialist to help turn new service concepts into scalable digital solutions. The role partners with the Product Manager on platform selection, system testing, implementation, vendor engagement, integration across monitoring, field, and customer service operations, MVP requirements, and service rollout from pilot through national deployment. The position can be performed from the Upper North Island and requires relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience, digital leadership or transformation experience, digital service design, systems integration, agile delivery, vendor evaluation, technology implementation, and knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
