Description
Axon is hiring a remote Product Specialist for its Records Management System (RMS) team, based in the Central United States region with up to 80% travel. The role partners with Account Executives on major public safety accounts, leads complex customer discovery and solution design, owns project scoping and statement-of-work development, supports procurement and demonstrations, and contributes to product roadmaps and industry influence. Candidates need at least five years of customer-facing SaaS or technical sales or engineering experience, public-safety workflow knowledge, advanced cloud and API/SDK fluency, and strong presentation skills. The position offers a base pay range of $90,000 to $132,000 USD plus commission targets and benefits.
