HSBC is seeking a Product Specialist / Trader to act as a senior product partner for Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and other stakeholders, embedding fixed income into holistic wealth conversations. The role drives revenue, AUM, and client penetration across private banking and wealth, identifies opportunities in primary and secondary bond markets, structured credit, and yield-enhancement solutions, ensures regulatory and suitability compliance, manages conduct and reputational risk, and coaches junior team members. Candidates need at least 15 years of fixed income experience in private banking, wealth management, or institutional markets, a record of product ownership and AUM growth, strong communication skills, relevant finance or economics qualifications, and Singapore regulatory certifications or the ability to obtain them.
