Victory Capital is hiring a Product Strategy & Development Manager to own the end-to-end design, development, launch, and lifecycle management of investment products across ETFs, mutual funds, UCITS, collective investment trusts, interval funds, separate accounts, and models. The role evaluates new opportunities, structures and launches vehicles, manages product changes and rationalization, supports international distribution, partners with senior leadership and fund boards, and provides project management across the organization. Candidates need a BS or BA in Economics, Finance, or Business, at least 10 years of asset-management product, product-development, or investment experience, and strong knowledge of fund structuring, regulatory, legal, and tax frameworks. The target base salary is $175,000-$190,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
